Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number. Please note 360 Athletics does not cover shipping costs for returns. A credit for your return less shipping costs will be processed as quickly as possible once the stock is returned to our warehouse and inspected. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if a product is returned in a condition deemed unsaleable where the item is missing parts or is in worse condition than originally promised. Defective products may be subject to a restocking fee if this is not disclosed when originally returning the product.
Normatec and Hyperice
We want you to be excited about your new purchase and if you have any questions or would like recommendations about your new product, please let us know. You have 30 calendar days from date you received your Hyperice order to start the return process.
We do not accept returns for Hyperice products purchased from other retailers. Only items that have been purchased directly from corefx.ca or 360athletics.com can be returned. Hyperice products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
*NormaTec products are a class 2 medical devices in Canada and cannot be returned once opened. If there is any concern with the performance of the product, 360 Athletics will replace within 30 days or repair outside of 30 days at no charge to the customer.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery. All returns must be sealed in their original packaging and in an acceptable condition to be returned to inventory.
A credit for your return less shipping costs and applicable restocking fee will be processed as quickly as possible once the stock is returned to our warehouse and inspected.
