Intro: Build a strong and functional CORE-center so you can live life on your terms. You’ll move and perform better in your sports, as well as every day activities. You’ll look and feel healthier, too!
Format: Perform each exercise, followed by a 15-second recovery. Perform two rounds. During round one focus on warming the body up, as well as controlling and practicing the movement. During round two ramp up the intensity by adding more reps, speed and range of motion.
