360 Ahletics is dedicated to serving our customers. If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery. All returns must be sealed in their original packaging and in an acceptable condition to be returned to inventory.

A credit for your return less shipping costs and applicable restocking fee will be processed as quickly as possible once the stock is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if a product is returned in a condition deemed unsaleable where the item is missing parts or is in worse condition than originally promised. Defective products may be subject to a restocking fee if this is not disclosed when originally returning the product.
