The COREFX Ultra-grip Wall Balls are a form of medicine ball that will help you burn calories, and develop muscular endurance! The Wall Balls are ideal for everything from wall ball throws to traditional trunk twists, squats, sit-ups and presses to help improve endurance, explosiveness and core strength.
