Power, quickness and strength are arguably the most important physical attributes a client, athlete or older adult can attain or maintain. Quick, explosive and reactive movement is essential for developing the athleticism necessary for sport and life at ALL ages. This workshop focuses on core, lower and upper body power progressions which can be appropriate for any of your clients or athletes. COREFX Power Play begins with floor based deceleration and movement progressions and moves to elevated and loaded plyo challenges. Don’t be intimidated by power and plyo training! Learn the science, drill mechanics, teaching cues and progressions to successfully implement this type of training into fitness and sport programs. Let the games begin!
